What interests me in life is curiosity, challenges, the good fight with its victories and defeats.

We can do anything we want to if we stick to it long enough.

You know, there is always times where you feel discouraged and things coming against you, but I don’t know if I ever wanted to throw in the towel.

But man is not made for defeat. A man can be destroyed but not defeated.

I think whether you’re having setbacks or not, the role of a leader is to always display a winning attitude.

My message isn’t perfectly defined. I have, as a human being, fallen to peer pressure.

If you stop struggling, then you stop life.

Be above it! Make the world serve your purpose, but do not serve it.

Always the beautiful answer who asks a more beautiful question.

The world is full of magical things patiently waiting for our wits to grow sharper.

OK, so what’s the speed of dark?

That’s been one of my mantras – focus and simplicity. Simple can be harder than complex: You have to work hard to get your thinking clean to make it simple. But it’s worth it in the end because once you get there, you can move mountains.

As far as men go, it is not what they are that interests me, but what they can become.

For any young democracy, the most difficult but important step is burying the legacy of tyranny and establishing an economy and a government and institutions that abide by the rule of law. Every country faces challenges to the rule of law, including my own.

Things do not always happen the way I would like them to happen, and I had better get used to that.

I had a period in my life where I decided that I would never be bored again and that, if I had any free time at all, I would make plans, and I would always be doing things. It actually was great for a year or so, but then I lost all of my friends.

Whenever you’re going through a tough time, generally, you become more compassionate, you become softer, you become more thoughtful, kinder. These are all spiritual qualities that will help you to align yourself with God and God consciousness rather than with a split fear-based consciousness.

My life as a child did not prepare me for the fact that the world is full of cruel and bitter things.

Nobody likes to fail. I want to succeed in everything I do, which isn’t much. But the things that I’m really passionate about, if I fail at those, if I’m not successful, what do I have?

Create a ladder of values and priorities in your life, reminding yourself of what really matters to you.

You cannot let where you are today cause you to get stuck. I’m going to be my best right now. That’s what faith is all about.

My life is a struggle.

Don’t talk about what you have done or what you are going to do.

Doing is the great thing, for if people resolutely do what is right, they come in time to like doing it.

It’s better to be unhappy alone than unhappy with someone – so far.

Plenty of people wish to become devout, but no one wishes to be humble.

Most of the problems a President has to face have their roots in the past.

I am sure as everyone knows that I am not the happiest if I don’t do a good job in qualifying or the race.
