My constant prayer, my number one foreign goal, is to bring peace to Israel. And in the process to Israel’s neighbours.

I simply can’t build my hopes on a foundation of confusion, misery and death… I think… peace and tranquillity will return again.

People respond in accordance to how you relate to them. If you approach them on the basis of violence, that’s how they’ll react. But if you say, ‚We want peace, we want stability,‘ we can then do a lot of things that will contribute towards the progress of our society.

Mubarak was oppressing and pillaging his own people. He was an enemy to the Palestinians and an accomplice of Israel, the sixth nuclear power on the planet, associated with the war-mongering NATO group.

I do not believe we will have a war with Iran.

We can best help you to prevent war not by repeating your words and following your methods but by finding new words and creating new methods.

God wants to help us… He loves us… we are His children. But He will not force His help on us at any time. He sees us when we struggle and fight and complain our way through things. And I believe it breaks His heart, when all we have to do is ask Him for help.

Over the centuries, mankind has tried many ways of combating the forces of evil… prayer, fasting, good works and so on. Up until Doom, no one seemed to have thought about the double-barrel shotgun. Eat leaden death, demon.

Peace, commerce and honest friendship with all nations; entangling alliances with none.

There will be no lasting peace either in the heart of individuals or in social customs until death is outlawed.

I am 55 years old now. It takes three years to write one book. I don’t know how many books I will be able to write before I die. It is like a countdown. So with each book I am praying – please let me live until I am finished.

Opposition brings concord. Out of discord comes the fairest harmony.

War may sometimes be a necessary evil. But no matter how necessary, it is always an evil, never a good. We will not learn how to live together in peace by killing each other’s children.

Instead of blaming everyone and everything else for your problems, pray for God to help you take an inventory of what’s been on your mind so you can think about what you’ve been thinking about.
