It is natural to want to have a future.

Every thought you produce, anything you say, any action you do, it bears your signature.

The science of psychology has been far more successful on the negative than on the positive side… It has revealed to us much about man’s shortcomings, his illnesses, his sins, but little about his potentialities, his virtues, his achievable aspirations, or his psychological health.

The men I idolized built their bodies and became somebody – like Sylvester Stallone and Arnold Schwarzenegger – and I thought, ‚That can be me.‘ So I started working out. The funny thing is I didn’t realize back then that I was having a defining moment.

My message, especially to young people is to have courage to think differently, courage to invent, to travel the unexplored path, courage to discover the impossible and to conquer the problems and succeed. These are great qualities that they must work towards. This is my message to the young people.

You’ve really got to start hitting the books because it’s no joke out here.

A goal is not always meant to be reached, it often serves simply as something to aim at.

You know, I’m trying to chase rings, and that’s all I’m about. So that’s where the conversation stops for me.

Human beings must have action; and they will make it if they cannot find it.

It’s kind of fun to do the impossible.

One thing is sure. We have to do something. We have to do the best we know how at the moment… If it doesn’t turn out right, we can modify it as we go along.

I tried acting, liked it, and stuck with it. I saw it as the way I would keep that promise to myself of getting back at those who had made my school life a misery.

Everybody has a creative potential and from the moment you can express this creative potential, you can start changing the world.

When nature has work to be done, she creates a genius to do it.
