I’m a Sagittarius, and one of our major qualities is that we’re blindly optimistic.

Start your diet during a period of optimism and happiness.

Why don’t you start believing that no matter what you have or haven’t done, that your best days are still out in front of you.

Nobody can ever say that being negative ever helped them at all – not in any way.

My view is that at a younger age your optimism is more and you have more imagination etc. You have less bias.

People deal too much with the negative, with what is wrong. Why not try and see positive things, to just touch those things and make them bloom?
