Government does not create wealth. The major role for the government is to create an environment where people take risks to expand the job rate in the United States.

If you take no risks, you will suffer no defeats. But if you take no risks, you win no victories.

To some degree it matters who’s in office, but it matters more how much pressure they’re under from the public.
