I started really noticing, more and more, how men will plagiarize and take credit for women’s work… I’ve noticed that it just happens a lot.

There’s a personality trait known as agreeableness. Agreeable people are compassionate and polite. And agreeable people get paid less than disagreeable people for the same job. Women are more agreeable than men.

But I do not believe that the world would be entirely different if there were more women leaders. Maybe if everybody in leadership was a woman, you might not get into the conflicts in the first place. But if you watch the women who have made it to the top, they haven’t exactly been non-aggressive – including me.

Whether women are better than men I cannot say – but I can say they are certainly no worse.
