You learn a lot in life but there are a lot of tools and resources in school that help you grow professionally and personally for whatever goal you may want to achieve.

I think I’ve got my business notions and my sense for that sort of thing from my dad. My dad never had a chance to go to school. He couldn’t read and write. But he was so smart. He was just one of those people that could just make the most of anything and everything that he had to work with.

My biggest skill is common sense. I understand life.

It’s more interesting for me to figure out how to be superior in areas where I’m naive, where I’m a novice.

If you want the present to be different from the past, study the past.
